We want you to love your en route jewelry, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original branded packaging and include your packing slip to ensure smooth processing at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
